I'm still interested in getting some hands-on time with one of these. And I'd love to see your African knife, one of my favorites in my collection is a bone handled knife from Egypt that a friend brought me. I actually ...Beauty is in the eye of the beholder!<br /><br />I actually like the looks; and I like the mostly straight edge for ease of sharpening.<br /><br />Come to think of it, I have a knife that came from somewhere in Africa that looks identical to the one in the picture. I think it may have been from Zaire, but it could have been Zambia.
