Well said, or in my case "cut shit up". I find "taking down" recyclables with a big Cold Steel folder to be sort of therapeutic.
I'm loving big Cold Steel folders right now, too. I got one of the XL Voyagers, and I kinda wished I didn't work in an office so I could carry it everyday. I wouldn't want to upset the herd with the sight of me cutting vegetables with that thing.
if you haven't played with the Spartan by Cold Steel...check it, my buddy Mitch reviewed it here last year, probably a few pages back..good big bad wolf of a knife!
